That doesn’t look good, no. Also those tyres don’t look like they’ve done 3000 miles, look like they’ve done much less, which is no bad thing but contradicts what’s stated in the ad. Finally, it should at least have had its PDI and first 1000km service and oil change done. He’s had the original oil in there for 5 years and the brake fluids 5 years old and belts will need doing etc etc. Not as virginal/pristine as the ad would imply

i think you are probably pretty much on the money there. we shall see if the auction goes full swing... lovely looking and fantastic bikes they are, they still dont command huge money and interesting (to say the least!) times ahead....

Logbook, my favourite too all colour options there after are heresy. Especially Yellow Ford Cortina are Yellow nuff said.

 

So no V5? But surely as it’s an import you just have to apply to dvla for one? I’m gonna research this stuff. Mind you I live in Ireland so it’s all academic
