If only I hadn’t bought a r1150, had a 750 version in the 90’s https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DUCATI-3...a=1&pg=2047675&_trksid=p2047675.c100012.m1985
Anyone shared this yet? Ideal base for a track bike - how the fuck anyone has managed to do this before the bike is even run in I just can’t comprehend. Cat N V4 - 135 miles! God I hope something like this comes up when I’m ready to upgrade! https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/303511135928
I’ve bought from these guys before and found them pretty straight up. I find the damage odd. Ripped the left hand handle bar off which looks like it pushed through the front fairing. If someone hasn't messed with the settings, it was in Race at the time of the accident. Odd, very odd. Andy
Hehe - so have most women but I wouldn't let that put me off......... Seriously though you could be right - it’s odd that the lower fairings and footrests seem intact - not usual in a slide. I’m not familiar enough with the V4 to spot whether the swingarm looks out of true or if the chain tension is slack. If i was in the market i would go look at it but have my hands full at the moment.

The thing that made me think rear end is there is no marking to the fairings as you would expect in a slide unless it was on wet grass?
That looks like one that was owned by someone here where he had converted it to a single headlight...that may explain why there are no shots of the front?
That’s been kicking around for a while or has come back to the market. I still can’t get my head around why some people think bolting on some used, worn out tat from a private race team adds value. IMO, an original 999R needs nothing added to make it special but hey, that’s me. Andy
