went to tescos and took kat with me... we had coffee after. probably not the best things to be doing at the min but we had fun... its quite a big store in yeading (west london) and although it was reasonably busy, it wasnt manic... it was sold out of a lot of things though. not alot of fresh meat in there (well, there was a couple of cuties!) but no red meat, nearly no chicken, no loo roll, no eggs, no hand cleaner and pretty much no tinned fruit or veg... plenty of fresh fruit though.
not alot! she spent 25 quid i spent 90! that said i had to buy a few bits and bobs like some bedding which adds up....
Stay with the fresh fruit and veg, we've got a well stocked farm shop up the road, they sell everything except toilet roll.
we only have tescos... had loads of lil asian shops im my area that used to nice fruit and veg but they have disappeared over the last few years... for how much longer will we even be able to get fruit and veg if supply chains from europe are cut? if you want anything other than potatoes, peas and asparagus that is!!!! starting to really wish i was back in NZ!!!!
Been to North Wales to pick this up. Seems ok. The worse part of the day was having to deal with the malicious bastid that is my sat nav. First thing this morning it refused to accept the postcode I entered was in Wales, it wanted to go to North Yorkshire or London. I entered it manually on the map. Then, on the way back it told me to take a left off the M62, I`d missed the sign because a bloody great big lorry was in the way, so off I turn and we end up going down narrow twisty roads, I saw signs for Sheffield, Glossop and Woodhead and I`m now doing 25-30mph instead of 70mph. The malicious little bastid added an extra half hour to my journey.
It stands me at £1800, it`s a 2013 AJP 250, done 950 miles and has a full MOT. My mate has one and he rates it, I was a bit worried about service parts availability but my mate said he can get everything he has needed so we`ll see.
