Rc 1000 v4

  1. It sounds very much like the new Honda V4 1000 road bike will be out next year . Once its on the track I think Ducati can forget about winning anything with a V twin ever again . Roll on a production V 4 Ducati I would hope .

  2. Rumoured to cost £90k though, so it will not be cheap.

  3. What is? The V4 Honda?

I somehow doubt it. They already have V4 history with the VFR

  4. Is this the 'RCV-replica' replacement for the Fireblade that MCN have been touting ever since MotoGP went four stroke? If it is, I'll believe it when I see it.

  5. I think it will be soon.

  6. If it looks like that, it better hadn't cost 90 large! Wow - that's a stinker. Magazines will do anything for copy.....

  7. It's not fireblade replacement they will still make the blade this bike will be very exclusive like a modern day nr750 I reckon

  8. Wow that's one ugly bike. Whoever design this front should consider a career change :/

  9. Front end reminds me of the first generation Fazer 600...

  10. This is a similar picture to what MCN were brandishing .

  11. just a simple question............has any one of the sources actually seen the real thing?, cos if not i might as well draw RCV on the side of a fag packet.

  12. It's that horrible new CBR600RR face that spoils it.

  13. Yeah same thing was said about the 1098 / 1199 / 999 / 916 etc.

  14. Think Honda will have learnt its error of overpricing with the NR750 . Theres rumours of new ones still lingering at the factory . If they want to race the new V4 in wsb , which they will , they will have to sell a lot of them so they will have to be cheap enough . My guess will be in the £25 to £30 k bracket .

  15. Thanks for a wonderfully insightful post.

  16. wasnt the nr750 a brave concept sort of bike
oval pistons. twin conrods per piston. 8 valves per cyclinder.

a few good videos on you tube on the nr.

  17. I think this is a case of Honda having a tinkle on the ducati and BMW bonfires with there trick hp4's and 1199r's. they just want to show who's boss regardless of cost
