  1. Fitted extra lighting to the garage, one of those jobs on the ‘I’ll get round to it at some point’
    Going to have to start making stuff up!

  7. Some decent news today, my car is being delivered back to me after some open heart surgery, very happy that it'll be running better than ever and bombproof for the foreseeable. Just a shame about the £2k bill!

    Then I'm about to close a deal to rent out my mums industrial unit that's her source of income. Current tenant moves out any week now pandemic dependant and got a guy wanting to sign for a 20 year lease, 25% more money for her than the previous lease and will put her mind at rest from worrying.

    Lots of uncertainty with this virus stuff but trying to stay positive and the above certainly helps.

  18. Was with Hastings, renewal came through at £247 from £171 last year, now with Aviva £198 less £60 cashback with Top Cashback, so £138 this year.

  19. Was going to tax my 748 but it can wait until I can use it, one or two months yet.

  20. Mines Admiral,under £280 but has gone up by £40 odd quid this year,so will bash the keyboards or telephone them over the next couple of days.:upyeah:
