  2. Greetings! Great project.

  3. The crank damage became evident post re-build following a gearbox replacement.

I bought an ST4s to sacrifice.

What does that mean to the ducati layman then, the original engine blew up or this is a better replacement package for tuning up.

  8. Welcome dude, I'm in your locale - but probably won't be seeing you on the road for a while :bucktooth:

    Surely you won't sacrifice a lovely ST ...... :D

  9. Hi Henk, they are a set of new floating discs I bought some time ago as spares for my SP4.

  10. I still have the original 851/888 engine and it's being used in this project...

Using an ST4s engine gives immediate capacity increase as well as bhp.

Great job on the ST4 888, those discs look great on the bike. Well done mate.
Any more pics of the bike?

  12. The Defender. I want to know more about the Defender. You have an 888 and a Defender, would you like to be friends? :)

  13. You're getting the hang of the forum. :)

  14. What's the riding differences between your 996r & the triple eight.

  15. The 888's [ 851/996 & SP4 ] seem to me to be smaller bikes, the 996r seems more arse in the air.
