Yeah it’s a proper nice bike with very little to do! But it’s also a premium price. Not dealer retail price I think it’s a fair price reflecting all the positives. Down side is no real dealer history after 2 years....
one thing though @Dave dunlop , dont fall out with ya mate over the price. he wont want to feel like you are capitalising on the drop in prices and you most likely dont want to buy something for a price that may take a few years to again become a realistic value... bit deep but worth weighing when purchasing off a buddy.
It’s 20 years old. £500 for full desmo. Depending on what you would do there is some tat to remove. You could sell or give that to @chizel mind.

Have you thought about turning it into a Ferrari? A few rattle cans, some decals from Image Works. It can’t look any worse
Yeah not my style.... Long story short.... My best mate that’s owned it for the best part of 18 years sold it to another one of my friends that didn’t get on with it, I kind of set the wheels in motion got them together and a deal was done. He’s since sold it to another one of my friends that’s in the bike business so it hasn’t been registered in his name. Again all setup by me.... He definitely purchased it on a whim and is quite happy to sell it to me. He’s already mentioned a figure that I’m happy with.... But still not sure
Challenge accepted. A mate walked past ours yesterday. I had one of the bikes out. He asked about it so I reciprocated. Asked about his car. Ferrari. He said, I’ve got 2 now. So, a Schumi rep beckons.
