Hi all, Mark here, contemplating a V2 when this rubbish abates. Currently *looking at* not riding Aprilia Shiver 900 Honda CBX1000 Norton Commando 850 I'm 58 and ridden since 16 so hopefully my old bones can cope with bum up head down riding position still. Forum seems lively, I've been lurking a few weeks now but thought I'll dip a toe in. Cheers
Welcome old Mark from Stockport. If your toe likes the forum, get the rest of yourself in here. You're a youngster compared to most on here. @Exige is nudging 80 and he still rides sporty stuff. Good choice of bikes. Enjoy whatever you decide.
I like it, 1st modern bike I've had as you can tell by the bike list. cbx was my newest bike ever until last year. But I've decided a change is nigh now I've ridden a relatively low powered v twin. But as the 1st v I've ridden its a blast even comparing the commando twin. No comparison to the 6 though, but at 615lbs and 99hp its a bit of a slouch.
