Supermotoboy, Our company have had an impeccable image and attitude prior to this incident. How would you react to someone spreading malicious lies about you which was damaging to your reputation? We have spent over 30 years building a sound reputation and customer service. This is not a display of customer service mate, this is in reply to totally false accusations and fraudulent practice. Like Ducbird said, there are two sides to every story but you give me the impression that there is only one side to a story in your opinion.

By taking a rational and reasoned approach to replying, sticking to facts and not opinions, and avoiding name calling. Present your evidence in a professional manner. When you go raving like kids telling tales on each other, nobody believes a word either side has to say.
A good name takes 100 of acknowledgements to get; a bad name only a single, which people will remember forever - and i think you've just wrecked it, with those phrases you used in a previous post. Totally agree, and i was willing to listen to your's side, until you started using those terrible words! Nope, never. Always two. But the behaviour will only be in one of the stories favour!
