if they are a bigger diameter (ID) they will not fit and the bike will run hotter as there will be no coolant circulating the system. The outside diameter may well be bigger, giving you a greater wall thickness, but the internal will be the same. Therefore flow characteristics the same. Hence no improvement in cooling efficiency.

i think you can remap the ecu to make the fan cut in quicker.... think cjs can do it.

 

Think you can do it with ducatidiag? Where's anth when you need him?

 

Or use Water Wetter in your system as opposed to glycol based
