Had a 19000 mile zx6r g2 recently , that was lovely as well.

  2. My dad bought it new in 89 when I was about 8 months old, 5.3 V12 convertible, done 9500 miles from new. He died 6 years ago so I look after it now.

Of course I forgot to take pics at the end of the day , but here’s the bike going back on ground and rolling
Still undecided on the red plastics , it’s a race bike so it’s the sensible approach not to use original parts ,.. but I just prefer them silver ...

  5. Wow , thats a proper time warp.
Worked on a few of those when I worked at ha fox's in guildford. Also worked for john coombs back in the late 80's, we were bmw then tho.
His collection of classic jags was lovely tho , always remember his bright yellow ex works c type turning up cos he wanted to drive it down to classic le mans .

  8. Thanks for the love. Doesn't move much obviously but will be out for a spring clean tomorrow and planning to use it for work a bit over the next few weeks with the weather looking decent.

MDUBZ it's actually almost silent, not really any drama it's a chilled out cruiser that wobbles about slowly!

  10. Ever thought of appearing on Grand Designs, that’s a tidy piece of Neo Retro Architecture right there.

  12. Tell you what bud never mind appearing on GD I’m thinking Kevin McCloud needs to step aside. Your architectural vision is in a class of it’s own.

  18. Apart from shopping for 45 minutes this morning I’ve really not done a lot apart from sun bathing in the garden.

I’m still waiting on sanding discs to arrive so I can finish sanding and teak oil the last couple of garden chairs.

So having done the square root of fuck all today why am I tired?

  19. Well done Noobie. My bin men got a thank you note and a packet of Jaffa Cakes last week. This week I upped my game with a packet of Tunnocks Caramel Waffers

  20. Doing nothing is really tiring.
