  1. Ahhh...once you’ve ridden on a Lefty front fork, it spoils you, no going back after that :):upyeah:

It's usually the motorcycle that gets to whizz away abroad as the bicycles normally don't stray too far from London... although as you can see from the snaps, the bicycles also have to show their passports at border control now and again ;)

  3. Roadbikes: my 3rd and final instalment.. for now :imp:

I don't think I've ridden either for about 5 years o_O as with the limited time i've had i'd rather be on mountain bikes - roadies are a bit of an odd bunch really. I blew the tyre in spectacular fashion in a race on the TT bike (at pretty much the furthest point from the event start naturally), and I've had a replacement sitting in the garage since; I only could be arsed to put it on this morning; so i can thank this thread for a kick up the arse or i'd probably not gotten round to it for another 5 years.. (I'd made it a bit worse before the photo, but not much)

  8. Mine too, even though they were designed and made in Yorkshire. I’ll never part with it, I have a few other bikes both MTB and road but the RC is so nice to ride. When my partner used to take it I used to worry about it getting damaged. My lad rides it now more often than me even he likes it it truly is a brilliant bike.

  9. 23 miles at 7 o’clock this morning, nothing special but it’s all I will ever need.

  11. You’re much shorter than I thought thinking that Yorkies were tall on account of their Viking ancestry, clearly some have hobbit genes.

  18. Had a day off renovating our cottage so thought after reading this thread and not being on bike for a year I’d go out for an hour. (On my own, single file )

Thought I’d do my old training route up to top of Rivington(Bolton) take it easy lasted about 37seconds and now I know I’m gonna regret it.
