Vans always do become more valuable I guess as they’re not really that well maintained beyond a certain age.

Yeah they are great looking bikes ... I had a 250 when I was a kid too This one is now sold to a Ducati Forum member .. just waiting for end of lockdown then will be collected.
Making progress on this one .. should be running soon Still haven’t ruled out going back to silver / green ... but I suppose one red one isn’t so bad
Almost there ... started the CR today , first time it’s been running in 20odd years Started 4th kick and first kick every time since then ... electronic ignition on old dirt bikes are ace . Engine sounds great , looking forward to finishing it off when the fatbars and levers turn up . Even managed to make fit some Pivot Pegz I had kicking around
And the ability to improvise as above is the reason that humans are top of the food chain, well done that man!
Lovely! I’ve always wondered since I was a kid in the 70’s - what’s the round ally plate on the side of the tank for? It looks cool but I always wondered why all the Kawasaki race bikes had that feature. Can you enlighten me?
These are the quick fill blanking plates, the other side has the quick fill connection, not very reliable by all accounts as they tended to leak quite often as I understood.
