Indeed. I also noticed that the forks (being works units) have done away with need for through axle adjustment.
How it should look. The only ones that had 955 decals were the Fast by Ferracci road bike’s which were over bored by Ferracci in the US and sold as such. My bike came from Ferracci but was a race bike produced by Ducati for the American race series of the time.
Very nice bike but could do with a carbon airbox imo. But it's a 916 with a lot of money thrown at it by one owner. I'd have it in the garage, but not at that price.
So had it confirmed that none of the original parts come with it so I’ll not be pursuing it any further. I wasn’t even looking for a 748 just that this caught my eye. As usual this forum is invaluable for members to flag up things I may have missed . I should stick to plan A which is offer to buy a certain bike I know is available on here once lockdown is eventually over.
