I’d like to know as well. Moneys owed, no staff, all the engineering side is probably included but I can’t see it being 25% of that?
I’ve read that the production is staying here and all the staff are being kept on. Sadly it doesn’t sound good for people owed money.
Ya gotta wonder tho, where all that 16 million is going to end up? No doubt BDO will do everything they can to invoice it to themselves, the receivers are never there to help out anyone other than themselves. Also seems a shame that TVS don't have the rights to carry on with the 961 motor (I assume) as it has been sold to a chinese concern...
Won’t be a bad thing if the 961 is ditched, it’s been horribly unreliable and even though you see them everywhere the numbers of bikes sold is low for how long they have been around, they are also hopelessly outclassed by the thruxton r in all but exclusivity. they say in the MCN write up (which claims to quote them) that they are pushing ahead with the atlas range, which personally I think is where garner should have started from and built into the V4, maybe with the engine concept for the v4 being refined but focusing on volume sales of the 600 while the market looks good for that sort of bike.
