For me, Bruce Springsteen peaked with Darkness on the Edge of Town (Catchy name don’t you think?). I didn’t much like the next few, especially Born in the USA, so stopped listening after that.
superb wasn't it. I was at Knebworth for that tour, right at the front and got covered in pish that was in the bottles that where getting flung at Belouis Som. I didn't really care, I was really quite drunk at the time. I was also at the tribute Gig. again right at the front. emotional. you can see me with the Mrs of the hour, on me shoulders in quite a few clips of the gig. . The only one I’d say was shit was Roy Wood & Wizzard. Utter shite. Oh and Elbow last year when every song sounded the same. i'v got to take issue with this.(obviously) Elbo rocked Belladrum last year. another one of the best.
Was the best concert ever, bunked off school and got there at 10am, first few in the queue and at 3ish they opened the doors and let a couple of hundred in for there tune up session, was memorable for a 15 year old, not so good when they let us out and had to go to the back of a by now very long queue. Lady gaga, now there is a girl that can belt them out and put on a good show, have tickets to a one off uk concert in July at spurs football ground, don't think it will be happening. Appears to be a lot of greasy headbanger fans on here, guess you were all rockers back in the day.
Bingley hall takes me back to Punk festival held there close to Guy Fawkes, fireworks been thrown about made it memorable. Think not long after Bingley Hall burnt down.
