Yeah,i was only sparko for a few minutes when it landed, but it was the bruise in the morning that shocked me.
Rode the scrambler to work and back , had to go to Langford on the way home , nice little ride in the countryside .
Painted the celing in our bedroom (painting bit is easy) its taking all the ceiling spotlights out, clearing the room, gettting paint and tools up there, ladders rollers, etc etc...anyway. Got that done. Doing a bit of R&D on the z1000 - a lad from the philippines got in touch with me re an airbox mod he's working on. So, bought a secondhander for 25 quid (thought, what the hell, worth a punt) so thats mid way at the moment too...
Spent a few hours pulling apart and then reassembling cleaned airbox for the DVT. Was hoping to find an issue that I could fix but, no, so back in the frame it goes. Cleaned all mating surfaces and spray dielectric spray in all plugs to try and mitigate any onset italian gremlins down the track! Before I pulled the tank, I fired it up and thought I could hear the crack of a wayward high tension spark! This had me excited as it may lead to an eventual fix on this problem that has been going on for nearly 18months!
A bit of shopping (essential) earlier, got to do some medical collections and drops, on such a lovely day, #lovingthelockdown
Spent an hour digging up a bush/tree thing that seemed to have dies a death. Now having a latte before I go out for some sunshine
I'd advise anybody against pressing the 'Emergency Stop' button on a treadmill going at high speed. I just did, and the bloke on it went fucking flying
