I’ve been bidding on these out of boredom and hopefully to make genuine people realise it’s a scam. Can’t understand why eBay haven’t done anything about it! It’s obviously the same people doing it all the time and it’s been going on for a couple of years now! An old couple local to me lost their entire savings of £12k buying a motor home which didn’t exist. Really eBay should have refunded them as they the resources to take these scammers down but don’t. They merely cancel the adverts just for them to resurface again straight away.

A quick research this morning on the web and came up with this 900ss,the only downside is the fairing rubber/plastic crash bungs that will leave holes in the fairing once removed. https://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C1221026
Yeah, everyone's bidding them up these days. You think they'd give up, but I suppose it only needs on person to bite to get a nice payday.
A 748bp average mileage with single seat. Pricing must be because it’s yellow https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ducati-7...637997?hash=item46acbadc6d:g:R78AAOSwn4BenYLQ
I think the tank has been resprayed, it doesn’t match the rest of the bike and there are decals missing. There is also something odd about the proportions with the fitting of the 748R mono seat. Shame it’s about £4k overpriced. Andy
On that year bike with the small Ducati logo on the fairings, there were no decals on the tank. Here was my '98 916.
I thought so too, so I crashed it and snapped it in half. I then found a 2nd hand tank with the logo on when I rebuilt it. Probably not the way to go about it, but it worked.
