V4 V2 Or V4?

Discussion in 'Panigale' started by RexD, Mar 10, 2020.

  1. I just my self bought the V4

    did tes V2, V4s and streetfigher V4s.
And the choise was easy for me. Its not the power. But te noise, and the V4 is smoother at low speed, and again the noise it makes.
I have one season on a bike only. And my fealing was That the V4 was sliten more stabile and smoother thru corners and on gass

  2. I don’t think I’d be able to walk out of the showroom with a v2 over a v4

however much sense it might make for some

  4. For all of what you want it for road and track then non it would be the v4 street fighter still has plenty of power and comfy

  5. I can say That th SF V4 is fun. But i hate how you Get beaten up by the air. And the siting possition is horribel.

a hybrid between the panigale V4 and SF V4 would be amazing.
Steering position just a little higer than panigale , the body parts from SF and a windscreen. That would be awsome

  6. Buy the one you really want, end of

  7. This. Biking is about fun. Having a laugh. If it is 1bhp or 2bhp - just ride it and smile. :)

  8. Agreed. Unless you’re Rossi or Marquez will you really be able to exploit it?

  9. Yawn....

C’mon, all boys (and men) want the fastest :grinning:

  10. I agreed with comment about buying whichever you wanted. All I’m saying is that none of us, you included, will never, ever get close to any sportsbike’s potential

  11. Agree 100%. I have always had large capacity sports bikes, but think the most fun years were those where I added supermotos to the stable.
50hp ish dollops of lunacy shared with like minded idiots was far more bang for the buck than any large capacity machine I've ever owned.

  12. It doesn’t matter a jot. Get the fastest! :imp:

Would Sir like the same looking bike with less power?? No! Sir fucking wouldn’t!!

  13. I actually enjoy the lower powered bikes. One of mine is an RVF400. Makes around 60bhp. I don’t get left behind in the twisties, nor on the tight racing tracks.
But it should be about what we enjoy.

  17. to be fair the gsxr is definitely a better race bike outside of Superbike class which lets face it is borderline prototype these days

and you can get one for less than some peoples sky Bill ha

  18. I haven’t ridden the V2 but I own a V4S.
The V4S is a monster, it’s mental with 70% throttle, let alone when you’re on it.

I have a little video of it and I don’t think I went more than 60% on the throttle. Handling wise, I don’t think you can beat it out of the crate. I would hate to commute on a V4, I would sell it tomorrow if that was the case.
