I was charging the lithium batteries that power my heated gloves last winter, completely forgot about them , they must have been on charge for 20 plus hours, anyway, long story short there was a huge fire at the local power station, I just unplugged them and didn’t say anything:-/
The battery looks fine in the pictures, the victim seems to be connectors and wiring. That negative terminal has got very hot by the look of the bubbling on the battery retention bracket.
On red wine... well, the missus is. I'm on cava, after re-embracing the woozily inviting arms of booze during this here lockdown.
I noticed it was a lot more expensive when I looked today. Maybe a popular mod and nobody else is making a beacket like this. It certainly doesn't justify the price if the cost of materials is anything to go by.
