Current environment. These new tyres will last me years at this rate!

 

Looks great!! how do you get on with your centre stand and the floor tiles? Do you get marks left on the tiles at all?

It does leave two indentations, but they disappear after a couple of hours.

 

Which floor tiles did you use? They look good. Are they quite soft and rubbery?

but it's the correct product. If you search around, you might be able to get them cheaper. I got a deal from them, it's a double garage so I spent a few quid.

They are fairly hard, I wouldn't call them soft but exactly what I wanted. Tough enough.

 

Now I’ve gotta clean my garage out.... been maxed out procrastinating lately

 

Took the chance to clean mine and fit some touratech handguards. They’re stronger than the originals but I’m not sure how I feel about the led indicators that come with them.

 

Tyres are grippy, can someone rotate

 

Got called out to work and I knew what it was and what tools I needed. Took the bike the scenic route. Felt ace getting the wind in me mush. Not been on it for a while, but every time I’m blown away by how good these things are

 

I’m a key worker so have been using my multistrada on the odd occasion in this Glorious weather so decided to give her a bit of a clean

Looking good. I'm actually thinking a Pikes Peak would suit me. I'm thinking at 6ft2 the shorter screen may stop any buffeting.

 

It doesnt get rid of it completely, but it certainly helps. I always ride with a short PP style screen. Only down side is bugger all protection when its lashing it down.

Question on the method you used to apply the decals. Which one, wet or dry?

I used the diluted washing up liquid method, just a fine spray which gave enough limited time adhesion to move them into the right location and then remove the backing

Great to see such a clean chain Steelboss. Thumbs up. I use lamp oil or kerosene for cleaning every time I've been out on a drive. Lift it up on the backrest, and then I use a microfiber cloth with lamp oil. A few minutes of cranking the wheel, then the job is done. Ready for the next trip and looks like new. Picked up the method at the Swedish Ducati club and have used it for several years on my various Ducati motorcycles. This is how my chain looks after 6000 km
