Just picked up 5 litres of decking oil now on my last job on the list, Our plan from May last year was to put the house on the market end of this May and move too Devon Exeter area or Somerset M5 striking distance train/car to Bristol that was the plan, will be interesting to see how the housing market goes, Hope to meet up with @comfysofa in the future for a ride to repay his kind offer (last May's pm) with a cooked breakfast and look at his Honda 400 he is rebuilding
Friend of mine has his own estate agency. He's normally very upbeat but atm he's very worried about the housing market.

Petrol and diesel prices have fallen so much, I no longer bother shaking the nozzle when I've finished filling up
Not shot anything this afternoon but I have had some anti climbing spikes delivered so I've screwed them to the top of the fence panels this afternoon. Hopefully that will stop the Magpies and Pigeons sitting on the fence and shitting all over the patio
