I took a tiger 800 to Spain last year from Bournemouth motorcycle hire, bloody hated it if I'm honest. Maybe the more road going version, the XR would be better, the one I rented was the XCX and it sucked massive hairy ball's.
Looking to replace the boys 80cc Beta with a 125 for next season when he will be 12 and able to compete with the adults. All competitions have been cancelled by our clubs until August so just going to treat this year as practice. That’s assuming the practice area’s are open of course.
I sold my Husqvarna Nuda when I had an offer I couldn't refuse, then ordered the Norton Atlas, then deposit back. Tried out the KTM 790 expecting to buy it but instead, fell in love with the Street Triple after a test ride. An absolute bargain and got a great price with good extras thrown in! The 2019 R still has the TFT screen and a great spec. Engine is a gem and sounds great. It was due to be collected 1st April but dealer delivered to my house 24th April after government clarified to the motor trade that they could deliver vehicles if arranged safely. It's ideal for those trips for essential shopping Also a great contrast to the Multistrada. I wonder how many 20 plate bikes will be around?

I have been toying with a few options but haven't had chance to do any test rides. I did consider a Triumph Scrambler 1200, Monster 1200s, KTM 790, Multistrada 950s / 1200s to add to my "vintage" 675 Street triple. But I'm pretty focussed on getting the Multi 1200s now.
Yeah, my work mate has the R version with cast wheels, but that Xcx version is utter dawg shit imo. Poor suspension, piss poor brakes, weaved in faster turns, front wheel from a penny farthing, front tyre from a fucking bmx, had to rev it to fuckin hell to make it move, wasn't as comfy as expected, ugly as sin and screen was shit, but other than that I loved it.
No mate, just another naked which I already have. Fancy the little GT as it's belt drive, fully faired and think it'll tour a little bit as well. Top of list so far but we'll see. I'm shooting down to Bahnstormer tomorrow for a quick look, might take the SDR if the weather's nice.
