Nope, it'll drop a bit as it's new. I think it's a future classic though if you keep it nice. I intend to keep mine and won't be concerned if the value drops for the next few years.

You thought about my suggestion yet, it's in Ireland and could be for sale, and they are deffo going up in value. Low miles, 1 owner and full 70mm System fitted too

 

Before Covid I was very motivated to buy an 1198S, thought £8k was enough and some on here agreed. Really nice low mileage ones were thin on the ground or £10k though. Maybe after lock down prices will soften a bit?

It's not exactly for sale - he was going to sell me it about 3 years ago so will probably move it on. I was offered it about £2K under value at the time in my estimate.
