From what I can gather dealers are able to sell one rthe phone and deliver by van. My bud bought bikes this way before the lockdown, most of the 'genuine' as he put it won't ship you a Dog as you can reject it at the delivery stage was his experience. I've done the same with bikes in showrooms put a dippy down until I've seen it found it not as described and had a refund.
