I know. I took the swing arm cover off to see if it looked ok but the gold is too blingy so the cover’s going back on. I’ll get it painted in the mag colour one day.

 

It's a Magneti Marelli 748RS dash I got off e bay many years ago. Not as advanced as stuff you can get now, but suits the bike

 

I'll come and have a look at that swingarm when we're allowed Ian - but from the photos I'm thinking the uncovered mag looks better............ but TBF I still think MKII Escorts look classy so I might be best ignored..............

 

Some misguided fool actually created this, now they are trying to sell it!

Ha ha ha, I did, and it just made me smile as i Iove that bike... I have the folder here, I think the total is written on the front lol

Wrong side of 50,000 miles .... but can't be certain as speedo drive cables kept snapping !!!!!

That is also an STM Evo that came out of one of Chilis race bikes ....

 

I’ve got a set of his mag yokes. He had some very trick stuff on some of his bikes.

 

Does your dash have a lap timer?

 

It may have the facility for a trigger but I have not used it. To tell the truth it rarely complete a lap under it's own power
