Just re-reading the posts on my old Ducati 984 Cafe Racer. It really shows a difference in opinion on how people like to see a Ducati. This was the perfect bike, it wasn’t just about how it looked, although I loved the style, but it handled like Nothing I had ridden before nor nothing after. Fast, light, responsive. No fairing gave an extreme feeling of exposure making the ride even more exciting than it already was at speed. I would buy that bike back in a heart beat, it was the biggest mistake letting it go. Just reminiscing after riding past Angus Classic bikes (Forfar) today, I recall somebody had posted plenty of pictures of it while it was in.
