1260 1260s Manifold Bolt Torques

  1. Anyone know the correct torque setting for the 3 exhaust manifold to head bolts please?, looked all over and can't find them, thanks.

  2. I found the figure for the exhaust stud into the cylinder head and the nuts.
    Exhaust manifold stud bolt M6x1 10nm (9nm to 11nm) LOCK 5
    Nut securing exhaust to vertical head M6x1 10nm
    Nut securing exhaust to horizontal head M6x1 10nm

  3. Thanks, it's weird why it only says 'M6x1' when in fact there are 3 nuts securing the exhaust to the head per cylinder...

  4. M6x1 is the thread description - 6mm diameter with 1mm thread pitch.

  6. I never really torque 6mm nuts/bolts just nip them on feel, use a 1/4 drive ratchet.
