  5. When buying from the states is there an import/customs duty ? Is there a way of working out what it will be?

    I was looking at some items from the US of A but was not that much of a bargin, then be stung with import / customs duty would not of been sensible?

  6. Basically you'll be charged VAT at 20% on the entire value (including the shipping cost) plus a 'handling' fee that may vary depending on who it is sent with but usually around £10 - £20. Often means that 'bargain' is no longer such a good deal.

  7. I got caught on this one. Bought a set of Pierobon rear sets from U.S. In the end, would have been easier to get 'em from JHP !

  8. I agree. I had to swap my Termi's over once I saw the new style silencers. It improves to look of the bike no end.
