I know - you didn't point it out well enough, hence the 'Oh yes' when the penny dropped. Fairing looks poo though
It's a shame, as it was a really clean bike. I had it sent to big La for an idle speed set up (you will find a grommet in the top of the airbox, to alter idle speed on the tb) and dyno set up. It will also have some spacers, if not removed, on the rear subframe to main frame.
Just not sure if this chap has his pricing right for a classic Ducati.? https://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C1230717
Well his plan to generate interest has clearly worked. Reading the Ad, I'm sure he's aware of its true value.
For once, the Sheffield lot have underpriced a rare and beautiful beast! https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ducati-M...428278?hash=item2f44110236:g:XycAAOSwa2Ze0Bjk
A 1998 SENNA. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ducati-916-senna/283897573664?hash=item42199d3120:g:S9sAAOSweLZe047N
Lol description is a joke. The Senna I is the collector's bike, the Senna II and III were a sleazy marketing exercise to capitalise on the success of the MkI and the link to Senna was pretty tenuous in the first place. Andy
