Just 10 miles today, don’t know who else regularly travels along towpaths but it’s only taken a week of constant sun to turn them into sand dunes. Pretty perilous progress on narrow section tyres, I even considered letting some air out.
You did very well "in my book" @RoadRunner , and I can see I need to get a better phone camera! (cracking clear pictures).
Not marketing, you can have the same range of gears without the faff of a triple up front and the associated chain suck issues and dropping the chain. Makes it simple in a kind of single speed way, I'm about to spec and build a new frame for my lad just waiting for it to land here then I can build it up.
Not gusty here in the 1 true shire, a very warm breeze. But today was a MTB ride through woods around built trails.
Thanks Chris - as an ex photographer my old phone and camera' was, let’s say 'poor'. I also hate mobile phones but...the camera on the Samsung A905G is not too bad - it also saves lugging a filthy great Canon SLR around. So, I've succumbed to using the phone now for my snaps. But the phone isn't too small either - fits in the rear pocket of most cycle tops. Oh, the pics were colour corrected in Photoshop. And another 12m MTB'ing off road in the bag today - work tomoz
Difficult to differentiate how to 'Like’ part of someone's post? Still you now know which phone/camera I used - thought it may of been helpful?
Ride on the road bike today, Great tree house.. And spotted these guys shearing sheep, almost asked how much for a haircut, mines a mess now ! after burning my arms to ribbons on Friday, had to use my “Freeze sleeves” today, got these in Australia and they really work great! Garmin stats for the ride I’m just loving this good weather at the moment!
Who??? I've lugged a 5x4 plate camera around on a mega tripod - which is a fantastic bit of kit but only if you've time & patience etc. and a dark room. Unfortunately, much as I dislike digital photography, it's here to stay which is a shame as IMO it's removed the skill from traditional wet photography.
No, not arm warmers,.. these are different, got them in Australia and I’m sure you know how hot it gets out there. Inner side of the sleeves have a pattern of tiny sprayed on ceramic rings, when you sweat, the ceramic transfers the sweat away to the windstream and they are also total UV blocking, it’s amazing how much cooler your arms feel with these on...thanks for asking
