Just got back from Cartagena Took my 13year old so there to get some time on a big bike/big track to get him ready for racing this year with Bemsee in the Kawasaki Junior Ninja cup on a restricted 38bhp Ninja400 Other than his ACU test in Storm dennis a couple of weeks ago, this was his first time on track on a big bike, so I was a but nervous he wouldn't pick it up Only 1 small crash over 4 days, but he laughed it off, and loved every minute of it and clocked a fastest lap of 1:55 I think life for me is about to get quite expensive
I barely rode at all as I was there to look after him, but did get a few laps in on the last day if anyone's interested to see
Some riding that mate. That a fast time there. I'm hoping to drop into the 1:49s on the new bike when I get back to Cartagena
No high tech but found this trying to sort out some old DropBox pics ..... Mallory Park on a Ducati Track Day. I got to take out a 749!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fuck sake mate, hope you and bike not too bad? With the ZX10 I can’t help thinking back to BVG (44teeth) almost high siding himself to the moon in Jerez (I think) TC not the best. Beautiful day for it though
636 mate. If it was a 10 I over throttled would have prob ended up over at crayners from coming off at Melbourne lol. Aye I watched it again last night and reminded me "out the f***ing seat mate!" . Another loud day I'm booked on at Donny13th August if you fancy it and your rocket can pass the scrutiniering.
I’d love to! Probably back at work by then though. Loved those 636’s when they came out. And better you lost it at the loop and not Craners I bet people are getting a bit cheeky with Craners with this high track temp. I know I was getting a bit giddy last time out
First track day in 2020. Grobnik, Croatia. Was stiff on the bike like a rock, but very happy to be back on track
