messed about with the KTM this morning and got it running for first time in 3 years, result! , me and the kerry went to plymouth on the hyper to get her some bike gloves and paperwork from staples and nipped down the barbican to jaspers for some grub, most bikes ive seen down there this year, packed but weather down here is great today, good day, few beers now me thinks : )
I've been north to see my parents in their new (retirement) home. My dad seemed quite settled at the moment and seemed to be getting some well deserved rest from looking after my mum. Mum, on the other hand, still hasn't settled yet and has been making a nuisance of herself (I say that in the nicest possible way, cos she is used to her own space and doing things her own way, and pottering about when and where she wants). I stayed for a while and had lunch there, which was half decent. The staff there are fantastic, but they have their work cut out in the short term Tomorrow I am planning a run out when the weather picks up :smile:

Took my lad Clay Pigeon shooting for his birthday and his team only bl**dy won, he scored 27 out 30 on his first time....git!

Cut the grass this morning, now the garden looks twice the size ! Went bowling this afternoon and mcd's for my daughters birthday party. My youngest girl is 10 where have the years gone ! Not been out on the bike as off to Germany next weekend be a good test for comfort, range etc. :wink:
Got most of the big stuff out of the house in readiness for the new tenants on Friday. New place not quite cleared for me to put much in, so stuff scattered about for a week or so. Now left with a camp bed (no, not one that likes musical theatre and going shopping with the girls) until Thursday/Friday.
