  4. Workshop Manual CDROM for Multistrada 1200 & 1200S (ABS), MY 2010, DRAFT version.

    £20 posted.

  5. Hiya, I have been interested to buy a set of these. I read a few comments that they don't necessary protect the body work well in the case of typical drop in the car park well especially the sides of petrol tank. In your opinion, do you think the bars are wide enough please?

  6. I dropped my Multistrada GT on grass doing bout 30mph. Crash bars definitely saved the bike from damage. As it was I only had to buy a handguard and remove and straighten the RH crash bar. Mine are the Ducati OEM btw.

  8. Worth checking on the Rizoma site, but I’m fairly sure that Ducati have used the same lever setup for years. So the answer is probably yes.

    De-Cat Pipe for 2010 to 2014 Multistrada
Superb quality decat pipe made from 100% TIG WELDED PURGED PIPE JOINTS USING HIGH QUALITY 304 GRADE STAINLESS STEEL - way better quality than most of the others out there.
This was made by a mate of Andy W's (for those that remember him!) a professional engineer that did a limited proudction of these back in 2013/14. The quality of the workmanship is really spot on and the accuracy of alignment makes fitting really straightforward. Check out the pictures below. The clamp with the piece of stainless attached was a bit of an afterthought to act as a stop for the centrestand - obviously you could remove this if you do not have one.
There is a small baffle (the bulge in the pipe) that really doesn't deaden the sound that much - and it really does give a fantastic exhaust note. I ran it with the OE exhaust can which has no sound deadening at all and it was pretty loud! (see video here)
Only had it on my 2013GT for a couple of months before I sold it. Just come across it lurking in the cellar.

  18. 56C74A8C-7F93-4395-8397-B7672CCBE0E6.jpeg Okay new bike time so my beloved Mutley is up for sale.
Multistrada 1200S Touring. Bought new by me in 2012 and lovingly looked after ever since. Standard equipment includes panniers, centre stand, long and short rear huggers and heated grips. 34k miles. Nearly all on European tours or B road rides out.
It’s yellow (yes really!) but I have the complete set of red bodywork (except one pannier colour insert) which will be included in the price.
    Extras include
Leo Vince exhaust and decat pipe (standard cat exhaust pipe included)
Tuned by CJS Racing to clean up low speed fuelling and deactivate exhaust valve. Dyno’d 151bhp at back wheel (original 143)
Ducati Performance (DP) top box and rack.
DP pannier and top box inner bags.
DP touring screen (red bodywork also includes DP touring screen and original)
    DP comfort seats
Ohlins Suspension Control Unit (gives semi active suspension)
    Rad and oil cooler guards
    Front cylinder head guard
    DP spot lights
    R&G crash bungs
    Rizoma bar ends
Navihalter sat nav mount (plus Navihalter Mount for red bodywork)
    LED headlamps
Sealing plate in swingarm to stop dirt ingress into rear hub.

The bike has a full main dealer service history except for last couple which were done by Moto Technic (an independent who used to work for Ducati). Belt service done at 28k.
    New battery at last service.
Forks just stripped, renovated and rebuilt with new Ohlins oil seals by SW Suspension (Works with Tom Sykes WSB team)

This bike is fully sorted, runs perfectly, burns no oil and is in excellent condition. Super reliable (except for one year when the side stand switch broke - replaced)

Bad bits - dash lights bleed over occasionally. Has done it for years and gets no worse. Does not affect running of bike
One of the screws for rear crud catcher has stripped a thread. Needs a helicoil fix.
It fell over at 1000 miles and scratched a pannier lid punching out a plastic plate in the seat on one mount. The upshot is that the pannier moves slightly on the mount. It’s totally secure (7 fully loaded European tours later) And that’s it really.

The trade in price offered is rubbish so offered here for sale first.
    Looking for £6500.
