I asked if he wanted to come out but he would have to get a wiggle on if he didn't want to get lost........he declined to come lol
To try and get myself out of a Covid-induced funk, I spent a fair bit of today planning my next trip to Scotland and Ireland in (hopefully...) September. Too optimistic? Probably
I'll see your this and this, and raise you these went over to Ireland a couple of summers ago and did the ring of kerry. Outstanding...!
Been near Scarborough and Bridlington delivering and collecting, I collected a few weights and a barbell from stainforth for a lady in dartford I cannot believe what people are paying for weights ordinary kit not Olympic type bar...
Damn, one of my this’s was supposed to be linked to this I must have overwritten it. Anyway glad you made the trip before and happy to help/assist in the future
Where's all the rest of your bikes? I went up norf this morning to work on our beach place. At least, that is what I told the wife!
Having a wobble around Oulton Park. Only the second time here but already beat my last time on the first session!
Great photo, that's a happy man and a great fish. The fins on that fish match my 748. For the record @laava I have: 21 year old 748 - owned since new 11 year old Monster 1100S - my 'go to' bike as it's the most suitable for around here 22 year old ST2 for which I paid €1300 back in Jan with a view to play around with it and turn it into a cafe racer of some sort but actually, it's so damn comfortable and smooth I'm probably going to just refurbish it and keep it for touring 18 year old 998S, bought with the full intent it's going to replace the 748 which I'm selling, but having given the 748 a good ride out the other day, it's just so perfect now I've fallen back in love with again so am in 2 minds And finally, the jewel in my little collection, my Ducati 916 25th Anniversario Panithingy So really in my man maths mind and as I tell SWMBO it's just 2.5 bikes - the Monster, the 998S and the Panithingy.
Ah, thanks buddy! That's awesome. I have relatives in NI, but not in Ireland anymore so all tips welcome. Will keep you posted if I do end up getting over there. Fingers crossed.
Today i remembered(i know, it's been a hard life) that i put an oberon fuel cap on my 900ss(because some cunt tried to nick it and butchered my ignition barrel, hence why i changed it) so looked for the original one that i took off to replace the rough one on the 996, after going through endless stuff at the bottom of the garage(and a whole load of bits i forgot i had) i found it, cleaned it up and i had forgotten what good nick it was in(and swapped the lock mechanism), RESULT!!!! BEFORE. AFTER!! I KNOW SHIT PHOTOS.
