Rim tape?

I had cheap rim tape from eBay on my old Daytona. Only few quid, easy to put on and it looked good unless you looked up close. Even the shade of red matched my bike quite well Definitely go for a pre-curved rim tape, clean the wheels properly before application and take your time. But if you want it to look really good.... just get it painted

 

Makes the application much easier I think the pack consisted of five pieces per side of each wheel (4 pieces +1 spare). And it was only few quid

I used this on my Multisrada. Cheap easy to put on , just take your time.

 

looks good when done well but looks really naff otherwise imho

To each their own, but not for me...

 

It comes as as standard on the S model and IMHO looks good too.

I used to put rim tape on my old bikes and never had a problem with the one piece stuff. As long as you buy tape with an applicator it is easy to install. Sometimes a little tricky as the applicator skims past the wheel weights but otherwise very easy.

 

Can look good, can look rubbish.

Of course, on my bike it looks amazing.

I peeled it off the back wheel and when I get time its coming off the front too . It came with it but I think it looks better without . You decide .

 

Put it back on the back.
Looks much better with it on.

Black wheels are shite, they need rim tape to make them look less shite. Red is the only acceptable colour for rim tape. If you have a yellow bike, you have erred, sell it and buy a red one.
