I have adjusted the rear brake pedal on the Diavel as much as I dare but still need to find a thread or two more adjustment on the master cylinder actuator rod. Is this likely to be a common part across a range of Ducati rear brakes or am I going to be able to find a rod with 5 to 10mm more thread ? Andy
Not slack, too much movement at the pedal before the rear brake bites for someone with small feet. Andy
Found one 36mm in length offered by a kart spares seller. Just asked him what the 36mm measurement refers to so hopefully the solution. Thank you. Andy
Sometimes the temptation is to adjust up the slack which starts to add pressure to the hydraulic system putting the brake on.....be careful how much you adjust up..
Okay, just to close this thread out. I have researched the available clevis joints and there are currently 2 automotive standard sizes with an M6 thread for the actuator rod to screw into. With a slight modification to the length of the actuator rod, the larger of the two clevis joints should give me the extra adjustment I am looking for. Thank you for all your suggestions. Andy PS @El Toro, solution found so this thread can be closed Terry. Many thanks, Andy
