New Ducati Iminent?

Discussion in 'Ducati General Discussion' started by duke63, Jun 14, 2020.

  1. Doesn’t the V4 Streetfighter make that sort of bike redundant ? Andy

  2. How so?

Completely different bikes i would have thought.

    80bhp v 180bhp?

I'm guessing its what would have been on view at WDW 2020

  3. Be not long til they have a v2 SF maybe too.

  4. I think I prefer it to the base model, then again I'm quite partial to KTM's and loud graphic type paint jobs, so it sits well with me.

The point of a hypermotard should be fun and bringing out the hooligan child in you. Ktm do that really well, as far as I'm concerned this from Ducati kinda works, makes me more interested in the new motard than before

  5. KTM wheels on it.

I like it, though not seen the price over the red one.

  7. It is £11750, fat finger error !

It’s quite a hike compared to the standard bike which is £10500 I think.
IMs sure the Quickshifter is only £200 so is it £1k extra for the graphics and coloured wheels !

  8. Standard bike is £10,995 plus OTR costs. QS is £200.

OTR costs usualy include number plates as well. I think generally it comes to approx £200.

  9. Ducati website now says £11695 plus OTR for the RVE.

  10. No I only meant the otr costs, the difference in price between standard and the rve is definitely worth it I think.

  11. Oddly, the Hyper RVE isn’t showing on the UK version of the Ducati web site, well at least the site I have book marked. It’s there on the international web site. Andy

  12. The flat racing seat is an official accessory
The quickshifter is an official accessory
There is plenty of aftermarket graphics kits, seat covers, wheel sticker kits

Its nice that ducati are offering something a bit more exciting style wise than standard flat colours.

But for a 'special' edition i would of liked to have seen something unique and well... special. Something cool like a dry clutch or some cnc bling bits.

  13. Agree. It looks insane Love the appearance but some kind of performance mods would have been welcome.
