A Specific Question About Blocking That Hasn't Yet Been Addressed

I started the thread Summer Solstice, and it has been commented on by my mystery blocker, I can’t read his posts but you can see by the posting numbers

It seems unfair if he wants to block me but just can’t quite do it, then gets tempted to commenting on my postings, troll style.

Surely that’s the objective, shouldn’t this step be a two way street?

 

Did you tick the "complete block" box in the blocking options?

 

When you’re blocked you don’t get access to the blockers information, so you don’t get a choice
Can you see the injustice here?

You can check who’s blocking you by clicking on their avatar. it comes up as Ducati forum error, this member limits who can see their profile.

 

How do you check who’s blocking you ?

I didn’t think you could see threads started by someone you have on block.

fairly sure I couldn’t when I tested by blocking Loz.

I haven’t got anyone on block.
You can tell if someone has you on block quite easily, the posting counter mysteriously has spacings, or someone will reference a post by the blocker or by clicking on the person you suspects’s avatar.
You can try if you like, shall I block you so you can give it a go?

Perhaps there’s not been anything to discuss, but speakers corner is much quieter now.

I enjoy hearing differing opinions to my own, so why block.

I too paint my own house, would I paint somebody else's, hmmm, would they want me to is the question!

 

Would you charge or freebie, I only paint my own house due to my partner being extremely fussy. If it gets decorated badly and I’ve paid someone else it’s still me that gets moaned at, may as well do my own painting well.

I see when you block another member,they come up as Unknown alongside their avatar,and this applies to other people blocking you.
