YES...BOTH...In fact, protecting matt is very important indeed as if you scratch matt there is nothing that can be done to rectify the damage...
I had a quote for full XPEL for my Ducati 888 that I have just restored, which came out at a fairly reasonable £325 + VAT including the fork tubes. This would be a custom job as they don't have a template, but many companies have templates for many of the modern bikes.
Your right. I wasn’t going fast enough. Front panel on that car ended up peppered with what looked like a 12 gauge.... Gone PDF on the new car
Xpel Ultimate Plus is the industry-leading self-healing PPF currently available on the market....we apply this to many vehicles entrusted to us.
Load of waffle aimed to sell products. I get that car washers need to make money but don’t think for one second that I’ll ever believe a car cleaner can do a more competent job than me.
As I am (unfortunately) a million miles from Huddersfield, could you recommend any products for matt paint? Cheers!
I would get paint protection film deffo if I owned a matte bike or vehicle....ceramic will NOT provide stone chip protection...
Thanks Rob. I was uncertain about paint protection film on matt. I had used it on gloss paint before, and it was excellent but added a little shine. Is it XPEL STEALTH that you'd recommend?
Correctomundo....Xpel Stealth is the one to go for....we have applied this to many vehicles and it is a truly remarkable film....it WILL NOT add any gloss whatsoever but add ' body ' to your matte finish...you won't be disappointed.
