Continued my efforts to produce an authentic French baguette. Almost there. The wife says I am too heavy handed withe second stage kneading so it will be over to her for that next time. Takes 3 days from start to finish

Its French T55 flour. Bought on t'internet from a mill in Wiltshire. Had to buy 7.5 kilos cost £14 with postage
