Anybody had any work done by these guys? Just looking for any feedback, particularly they’re workshop!
Bought a few bikes from them in the past & always had the servicing /work completed up until the warranties ran out. Found them really expensive & a bit hit & miss really. Get much better service from local independent specialist in Cheltenham.
It’s a V4r Cookster it’s only to fit the akro but after a telephone conversation I had with them earlier it left me wondering a bit!! Obviously I don’t wanna mess with the warranty so it’s gotta be an approved Ducati dealership and they’re the closest plus I did get a very good deal out of them!
Expensive seems to be the theme? I requested a quote for annual service and belt replacement, didn’t proceed as their quote was twice that of another main dealer so no idea if the quality of their work? Can’t remember if it was their Bristol or Bridgewater branch but suspect they are the same?
Thanks fellas! I won’t be having any of the servicing etc done there! And it’s booked in now it’s just a few things that were said on the phone that concerned me! As I said it’s only to fit the exhaust so should be fine!
Agreed - JH is a perfectionist. All things Ducati, including exotica like old bevel drive NCR , Desmosedici, etc etc. Very good service and sensible pricing.Ex racer - knows his stuff.
Only had servicing done at Riders when I required the stamp for warranty. If you rule out Riders of Bridgewater, then South Wales is the next nearest dealer. Agree that Lougi Moto is good if you aren't bothered about warranty, or if i has expired.
