Didn’t someone go with cash and he declined? I keep looking as I still want an sps but I’d rarely use it. Maybe at 8 grand I’d be tempted...but if the one I’m bidding on stays at a good (reasonable not cheap) price I’ll have a Ducati again
I made a cash offer that he turned down before it was found to be CAT D. I would say 8K is a good price and 20K miles and it does need a bit of TLC but that's part of the FUN.
Last 2 bikes I've bought I've said "fair price, it's a nice bike, knock £50 off so I feel I've done well and we have a deal".
Unfortunately when you try and sell on eBay you’ll get crazy offers, the sensible folk are few and far between seems folk want to feel like they’re a wheeler and dealer and ‘steal it’.
When I was looking around for one and bought mine back in May this was listed by this seller on Ebay. Being fairly local I was tempted to take a look but the write up kept on putting me off. The photo's are different and the write up has been changed a bit although it covers the same detail. Within days of buying mine it was listed as under offer and then disappeared....now its back!!
It quite possible that it's been viewed in person but a hpi check has highlighted issues or it just completely rubbish.
