Hi guys just looking for some feedback If anyone has used pidcock Duc in Notts for servicing, how was your experience? 7500 miles service on my 1299 is due in few 100 miles.
Or you could also give @nelly Cornerspeed a try Think @nelly is in Sutton in Ashfield - http://cornerspeed.co.uk/
I’ve used Ducati Nott’m since they opened. They’ve done many projects for my 899 and Hypermotard. Good bunch of guys, never let me down. Corner speed has a phenomenal rep too. Ducati Nott’m is closer for me.
Thanks lads cornerspeed quoted £300-£400 for 7500 mile service is this the going rate ? It’s my first Ducati so not familiar with service costs etc
I'd do it for about £299 but in fairness I'm pretty shit mechanically and I'd offer absolutely no guarantee of quality or workmanship. Shall I book you in?
I’ve been using Pidcocks for years ... Triumph, BMW and Ducati, always been pleased with their service.
I bought my V4 from Ducati Notts, probably the best buying experience I've ever had out of about 40+ vehicles. Service department are spot on, did one minor error on my bike but I was more than happy with how they got it sorted, and that they genuinely seemed concerned and wanted to put it right, which is pretty rare nowadays. And they have gone over and above for me several times and this is only the first bike I've bought from them so not a serial buyer with big history with them. Can't comment on other garages but I've got no issues taking mine to them multiple times a year and would recommend to anyone.
Yep. I went for a test ride on their V4 with my mate, but long story short another customer picked up his bike key and disappeared off with it. So they gave my mate a bike for the afternoon free of charge with me on the V4 whilst the other customer dropped the key back off while we were out. They had no need to do that at all, and we didn't even ask just threw my mate the key and said enjoy. They seem to be a rare place that understand customer service and being fair with people, genuinely couldn't recommend them enough.
+1 for Cornerspeed, I've been using them for nearly 2 decades, can't fault them, Neil is a top bloke, can't recommend him enough.
