Fitted rear sets i hope to road use,because the angle has changed do i need a shorter shift rod if so what size,as it stands using the factory shift rod i can only get 1st and neutral im not a mechanic but luke to try things myself,if anyone can give me advice i would really appreciate it thanks naughtyboy
From what I remember, you should have received a shorter shift rod with the pack. Also, for me at least, the pedal mount for the linkage is in the lower hole which then allows the linkage to be shorter. Would be good to see the position of the connection at the end of the selector shaft.
Thanks glen ive just bought them from this forum last week and he didnt supply the shorter rod.i will have to try and purchase one fron cnc,i noticed on a new set you get the short rod with the sets thanks mate
