I've had better. Probably been nearly 20 years since I last rode Donington and that was on a 748SP. Very physical track and I'm not finding it easy to learn so I'm fine in some parts and a mobile chicane in others. Discipline and manners from some, fu#k you mate from some others. Had my hand in the air and rode the naughty boy loop at Melbourne to come off the track at the pit lane before the session finished and apparently it was my fault that some racer nearly hit me up the chuff. Why racers were allowed on the day defeats me but we have had that discussion. Still enjoying myself though and 1 more session for me and I'll be done, metaphorically, physically and mentally. Pub tonight, home tomorrow. Andy
Great to see some old faces and new. Although would have loved to be riding, but kinda glad I wasn’t! Didn’t look to be many dramas or recovery truck visits either shame about the nice S4 with the rather dented tank and bent bars @Expat Jack ’s 996 mule did pretty well too
Great day. Fekin boiling... which isn’t a complaint. Great to meet some forum members and put names to faces. I was so knackered late afternoon. Back tyre was done and so was I. Look forward to the next one... hurrah!! Having a cold one now.... Marvellous
