Thanks I'm ok now but it was a massive shock at the time. One minute I was riding my bike, then felt really rough when I got off it, and a few minutes later I'm laying on a bed in the medical centre having an ECG and being told I'm having a heart attack.
Sorry to hear that, same thing happened to my mate two weeks ago. He said he began to sweat his arms felt really heavy and he collapsed. He’s been advised to modify his way of living, which will be a bit of a struggle for him as he’s a full on meat eating, Stella drinking 20 a day sort of guy! Thankfully he’s still here to tell the tale! All the best to you.
