Umbrella academy series 2. Wasn’t bad, as quirky as the first, ending was a little meh but not as bad as usual Netflix endings!
Michael Portillo's continental railway journeys in Berlin,Harlots but getting really bored now and then the old grey whistle test, this was the three hour long version with footage from the archives plus some live music, but i only managed a halfway viewings.
Funnily enough i've sat down at the back of the classroom in the past on two occasions watching & listening on psychology.
A great experience and opportunity at that time in my life, but double dutch is not my first language.
Barkskins. Similar to 'Jamestown' (i.e. early foreign settlers in USA/Canada). Story by Pulitzer winner Annie Proulx. Stars David Thewlis, who is an amazing actor.
It's great to have rugby union fixures back on the box,but without the crowds in the stands it's not qiute the same.
Nope Chris, only via the referee's open mic you can hear the players moaning / shouting etc and then the commentators make apologies for the bad language being used on the pitch..............for feck sake it's a rugby match with thirty blokes kicking the shit out off each other.
I watched Munster v Leinster last Sat eve, from the Aviva and they had piped crowd noise around the stadium. It was quite realistic really just a tad quieter than the real thing - and no singing of ‘The fields of Athenry’
The Swinging Safari on Prime. Guy Pearce and Kyle were two of the leads. @NZDave @chizel shot in a Boy kind of way with the same production vibe even tho is an Aussie movie. Real laugh out loud moments.
Peter Green / fleetwood mac,i could listen to that Rumors album many times over before getting bored.
Watched part of a documentary on Sky last night. I am an 80’s teen so always saw them as old fogie music. Exactly as described in the program. I’d rather Jack than Fleetwood Mac! Now I like their music. Because I’m now an old fogie.
