Entry level (or economy model) From 2000 model year on Ducati had the 748R, made the old 748BP the S model but changed the wheels for 5 spoke ones & changed the frame colour and introduced the E model which utilised cheaper chassis components and had other minor money saving attributes across its build. You very rarely see them sold as such either because sellers don’t know or they keep quiet about it. It’s good to someone be fully truthful, not that there’s anything wrong with the E variant.
Looks largely original although a bit pricey for my taste and not loved enough to have the shagged rear sprocket changed. Andy
