At my time of life, saving for a rainy day is meaningless, although after years of being careful with money, that doesn’t mean I’m going to be profligate. I am however, fortunate that Omega has a master co-axial mechanical movement that floats my boat. I currently have two Seamasters and am currently contemplating a Speedmaster Andy
I had to look up “profligate” you’re only here once, no use being the richest bloke in the cemetery, my man
Well, contemplating turned into purchasing. Just collected this An Omega Speedmaster 'Moon Phase'. Absolutely delighted. Andy
My battered Mid size sea master is 20 years old. One service. One new (exchange) strap. Worn every day regardless of what I am doing. I love it.
30 years old, replacement bracelet (the later double clasp as opposed to original single), new dial, repainted hands and a few crowns (dial and hands were water damage. Bezel, case and movement still original for now! Likewise, really love it.
